Why am I not losing weight despite eating 1500 calories daily? Male 24y 161kg 174cm and obese. My calorie tracking is on point, I mostly eat prepackaged food and occasionally cook for myself measuring only the raw ingredients, yes including the oil.

In the last 14 days my weight fluctuated between 160.8 and 161.5 kgs.
I dont really snack, I stopped feeling normal hunger 2 weeks ago and I dont really enjoy food anymore, I just eat when I remind myself to eat or when i feel a little nauseous (probably from too much stomach acid because I used to eat like every hour before).
I weigh myself everyday. One day I’m 161, next day 160.8, 3rd 161.3 and so on, not really getting out of the 160–161 zone.
